Machine Learning 향후 10년

springer의 Machine Learning에 Structured Machine Learning: The Next Ten Years라는 글 중 Section 5(Ten Problems for the Next Ten Years)에 Machine Learning의 향후 10년안의 10개의 문제에 대해서 논의 하고 있더군요.

• Statistical predicate invention
• Generalizing across domains
• Learning many levels of structure
• Deep combination of learning and inference
• Learning to map between representations
• Learning in the large
• Structured prediction with intractable inference
• Reinforcement learning with structured time
• Expanding SRL (Statistical Relational Learning) to statistical relational AI
• Learning to debug programs

다른건 모르겠고 6번째 언급한 Learning in the large가 눈이 확 들어오는군요. 여기서는 비단 large dataset만을 의미하는 것이 아니지만, 대량의 데이터 또한 포함하고 있는 것이니 ^^;; 예를 DNA의 프로모터 영영을 식별하는것과 세포안에서 메타볼릭 네트웍 모델링 등을 삼고 있네요 ^^

다행히 section 5의 저자분이 자신의 부분을 공개하고 있으니 관심 있으신 분들은 한번 쯤 읽어 봐도 좋을듯 합니다.
